Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Greenlink Africa Inc., a company incorporated in Canada and the operator of Ninrem ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Ninrem mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

Who can use Ninrem

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By signing up, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may terminate accounts belonging to ineligible users.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been used to abuse the Service, violate these Terms, or harm others.

Your content

You retain all rights to photos and other content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant Greenlink Africa Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and process Your Content solely as needed to deliver the Service — namely, to generate the previews you request, store them in your history, and display them back to you.

We do not use Your Content to train AI models — neither ours nor our providers' under the data-processing terms we have accepted. Our third-party processors are listed in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for Your Content and must have the right to upload it. Do not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.

AI previews

The Service generates previews using third-party AI models. Previews are a best-effort approximation and may include artefacts, proportion errors, or details that differ from the final garment. Previews are for creative exploration only and are not suitable for safety-critical or medical decisions. We do not warrant that an AI-generated preview will match the finished tailoring.

Credits and payments

• Credits are pre-paid tokens priced in United States Dollars (USD).
• One credit typically corresponds to one AI preview generation. Specific actions may consume more than one credit; the cost is shown before you confirm.
• Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where refunds are required by law. Unused credits are not exchangeable for cash.
• We reserve the right to expire unused credits 24 months after purchase. We will notify you before any expiration takes effect.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe; Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy also apply to your transactions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any applicable law
• Upload content that infringes any third party's rights (IP, privacy, publicity)
• Upload photos of real people without their explicit consent
• Generate sexually explicit content depicting any real person, or any content involving minors (CSAM is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities)
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud others
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our source code or models
• Circumvent the credit system, rate limits, or any other technical protection of the Service
• Resell the Service or its outputs without our written permission

Third-party services

The Service integrates third parties (listed in the Privacy Policy). Their terms also apply when you use features that rely on them. We are not responsible for their availability or practices outside our reasonable control.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if we are required to by law.

On termination, any unused credits are forfeit (consistent with the non-refundability rule above). We delete your data according to the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, that the Service will be error-free, or that AI-generated output will match any specific real-world outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenlink Africa Inc.'s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is capped at the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; in those places our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greenlink Africa Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates, from any claim, damage, or expense arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, which will have exclusive jurisdiction — except that you may also pursue mandatory consumer-protection rights available in your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email and with an in-app banner at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
