Delete my account

You can delete your Ninrem account at any time. Once deleted, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain financial or compliance records.

Delete from the app

• Open Ninrem
• Go to Profile › Settings
• Tap Delete account and confirm

Request by email

If you can't sign in, email contact@greenlink.africa from the address associated with your account and we'll process the request.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, phone number, and authentication records
• Garment photos and measurements you uploaded
• Remaining credit balance (non-refundable, per Terms)

What we retain

• Payment transaction records required for tax and audit purposes
• Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics
